The 8 weeks Breathworks Mindfulness Training is developed by Vidyamala Burch in the UK.

This Mindfulness Training is carefully engineered in such a way that you gradually learn to apply mindful tools such as meditation and kind awareness in your daily life. The 8 weeks are necessary to develop new and nurturing habits.

We will practice and explore together in a group of 15 people at the most, for at least 2 hours per week.

The Mindful exercises are supported by interesting and possibly eye-opening theory and knowledge about the functioning of our mind.

The training’s set-up is very down-to-earth, pragmatic and directly fitting your daily life and will enhance: your focus, concentration, relaxation and sleep, kindness towards yourself and others and resilience in coping with stress.

Digital audio exercises and course book are included.
